Leadership Consulting – assist portfolio company leadership with high level personnel decisions. Work towards establishing a highly functioning senior management team. Help first time PE backed CEO’s with establishing a cadence of BOD/Sponsor communications.

Strategic Planning – work with PE portfolio companies to establish or tune existing strategic plans, using traditional Jim Collins/Michael Porter/Adam Grant driven philosophical structure. Can work either as independent facilitator or advisor to CEO led process.

Go to Market Strategy Consulting – help leadership determine one core strategy direction (Product, Cost or Intimacy) and build upon that decision to drive improvements through all phases of the operation. Review all sales and marketing channels and reconfigure management and compensation plans for maximum performance. Use industry contacts where relevant to assist in sales talent acquisition.

Board of Directors Service – act as Independent or PE sponsored representative on relevant boards of directors. Able to function as Exec Chair if required. Leverage previous CEO experience to help bridge communication between management and BOD membership.

Telecom Infrastructure/VOIP Deal Pursuit and Sourcing – assist in due diligence related to Go to Market strategy, analysis of projections and quality of management team. Act as expert network provider related to industry metrics,  potential acquisitions and available talent.
